Well, this is probably a user preference thing really! The gauge is
actually to your advantage in that, for example, the percentage readings
will be more accurate as the battery voltage won't drop at the same rate
during the cycle, i.e the cell voltage may drop quite fast when the battery
is almost flat.

Is there any chance this same battery check option could be used in the BN
and VN product lines? It seems silly to have to always have to go through
the process of making the battery gage line up with the real battery by
having to recalibrate. Why not just test the battery directly and do away
with the gage?
