When I tried this scenario, that is, writing two names whose combined length
caused a line break to be inserted between the first and last name of the
second person's name, inserting a Binding Space only shifted the line break to
separate the two people's names. Therefore, my suggestion is not to use the
Binding Space but to alter line length. Further, I would suggest changing the
line length not from the Printer/Embosser Set-Up List as, as suggested by the
name, those changes only take place when the Print/Emboss option is utilized,
meaning the line length setting stays the same when you're actually viewing the
document. As you want these changes to take effect when viewing the document,
move to the top of this document with [SPACE with dots 1-2-3], [READ with T],
and change the setting via Document Page Settings, which will only affect the
current document; from the top of the document, hit [BACKSPACE with P],
[CONTROL with P], move to the "Paper Width" item, type in a new length which is
at least as long as the current length plus the number of characters the second
person's last name occupies, hit ENTER, press [SPACE with E], [ESCAPE] to exit,
and type Y to confirm changes. If you choose to print/emboss this document,
note that the page width of that document will be what is set in the
Printer/Embosser Set-Up List and not what you have changed in the document
itself if the two items are different.

Maria
