Tina,
Free up your available memory on both your flash disk and your keysoft system 
disk.  The Flash Disk should have at least 28 million characters free.  The 
Keysoft System Disk should have just under 7 million characters free.  A simple 
reset will free space on your Keysoft System Disk.     Next, save or delete 
your email so that you have less than 300 messages.  More than 300 email 
messages also puts your Braillenote into slow motion.
Finally, free database space in Keymail, and the address list.   Ampel memory 
cures practicly all sluggish behavior on the Braillenote.
