This is correct, but just a comment. Instead of copying a file to the
clipboard, writing an e-mail, and pasting the contents into that e-mail, one
could simply insert a file at the end of the e-mail. Following the below
outlined method, one would have to open the file in KeyWord, copy it to the
clipboard, write an e-mail, and paste. What one could alternatively do is to
write the e-mail, and, at the point at which they wish to insert a file, press
[SPACE with B], [CONTROL with B] to enter the Block Commands Menu, then type I
to insert a file, and select the file. This would save the user having to copy
the file to the clipboard every time they wished to copy a signature file to
the e-mail; also, if they remembered that they wanted the signature, and the
copy-paste method was the only way, this would involve switching to KeyWord to
copy, but when switching back to KeyMail, there's the bug where an e-mail won't
be placed in the OutBox or Drafts folder when this option is selected if a user
switches tasks while writing the message, so the user, after pasting, would
have to deal with that. With the insert method, one could just insert while
writing the e-mail, and there is no need to go out of one's way to copy the
file to the clipboard before writing an e-mail.
