Hi, Sherry:
People have various ways of doing this. When I see an address I want to
copy, I get to where it is, and press BACKSPACE with K. You will see
"copied to clipboard." Depending on how you navigate the easiest, go to
your address list. You need to have the last and first name entered. Go
down to the email address, and write BACKSPACE with V. Since the first and
last name show up, line your cursor up to the first name, press dots 2-5
with BACKSPACE. It will automatically go to the last name, so just press
dots 2-5 with BACKSPACE again. Move the cursor so you can delete the
less-than and greater-than signs. HTH

Subject: [Braillenote] email addresses

> Hi all,
>
> In my new found fun with email, I am still confused about how to get email
addresses into the address list for keymail. For instance, to send this
message, I had to look up the address from a message, because I don't know
how to add any address but mine to the keymail address list. If I should
just use the regular address book, then how do I get an email address from
keylist to keymail? On the PC, I can go to outlook, bring up a new message,
type the person's name and outlook gets the email from my contacts or
address book. I know it doesn't work like that in keymail, but I can't
quite figure out how to do it. Does this make sens at all?
