Hi Jeff, yes I'm using GPRS with my BrailleNote on a very regular basis, using the infra-red port of my Nokia 6600. What you should do is find out from T-Mobile what advice they would give to customers using Windows Dial-up networking, IE the dial string and any log-on information required, then enter that into the appropriate places in your Directory of Services.
