Hi, I'd like you please to try the following.
1. Reset. 2. If that doesn't work, 4-5-6 reset.] 3. *Warning! Falior to comply exactly may cause problems!* If you do not use the Address List, delete the Keylist folder. If you do not use the planner, delete the Keyplan folder. If you do not use the E-mail system, delete the Keymail folder. I'd also advise deleting folders such as Dictionaries and Downloads if you haven't modified the Spell Checker/Pronounciation Dictionary or put any downloads in there. Also you might delete the windows folder on the Flash Disk. Then, *don't power off, reset.* 4. If the worst comes to the worst, there may well be some files in the General folder you don't need, such as the demonstration document. You can get rid of these if you so wish.
