Hi Charity, About all you can do about this is to delete anything you don't need. I don't know if you can archive your historical events and just work forward from that date, but if you can, this might do the trick. If you were talking about things more than a year ahead, you might be able to archive those as well. The jist of this is with all computer things, "Keep it simple...". HTH.
