Hi, thanks for everybody's help. I now can get the word count with read+control+I. I'm not sure why the manual tells me to do space+I when this doesn't work on a qwerty keyboard.
Thanks again, >From Shaz and lick from Lena. "I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it!" In your case, [SPACE with I], [READ with CONTROL with I] will just produce the file name, while in v5.1, this command lands you in an "Information Menu" from which you can choose to hear the file name or perform a Word Count. >----- Original Message ----- >From: Donna Kesterson <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: Braillenote List <[email protected] >Sent: Fri, 7 Jan 2005 10:04:44 -0600 >Subject: Re: [Braillenote] word count >Hello All, >Could there possibly be a version of KeySoft that word count doesn't work >with? >I'm using 4.2, and I don't see a thing in the help file for word count. >Just an idea.
