If you mean by the contract the sma, which you purchased before
receiving 6.1, and you have used one upgrade from it, then yes, you
are entitled one more upgrade; the way getting the 6.1 upgrade works,
according to pulsedata, is this:

One upgrade goes to the new software and one upgrade goes to the new
operating system; thus, if you have one upgrade left on a sma, then you
need to buy a new sma which will then be charged one upgrade; so after
receiving 6.1, you will have one upgrade left on your sma.

California, if you don't have a 5.0 or 5.1, you cannot get the upgrade.
If you have no sma, the upgrade would be $395. and whatever the 5.0 and
5.1 would be.
