Hi

At the moment Keysoft doesn't support the playing of Audible files - though
I would love this feature. Also, I have not heard any plans for adding this
functionality in 6.1 - but maybe in a future version.

I believe the media player in 6.1 wil be based around Windows Media Player
technology and if this is the case then PDI may be able to use Audible's
Windows Media Player plug-in, but this is pure speculation.

Subject: [Braillenote] Question about networking and audible.com

Hi All,

I posted these questions a couple of days ago, but I didn't get an answer.
My first question is probably more for PDI staff though. I have Keysoft 5.1
and love it! The new planner is wonderful! I haven't yet taken the step of
networking my bn, but it's something I've wanted to do. The question I have
is whether to wait and do so after 6.1 comes out. Perhaps there is a
cheaper card I'd be able to use? Also, could I get a card with both a
wireless and wired connection? That way I could use my wired networks but
still take advantage of hotspots in airports and such.

My second question is whether or not there is a way to make the bn play
files from audible.com. I know it can't be done directly, but I thought
there might be some sort of work-around. I'll appreciate answers to these
questions if anyone has them.
