Oh I have had that. I am afraid there is a little grinch that shows up in
these machines and steals the information right out from under us.
Actually I havefor real had information simply evaporate just by turning the
thing off. I lost all thecontact information for when I was in Hawaii so
there obviously is a bug somewhere.

The file is located in the general folder. It is still there just the
info in it is complety gone. It looks like a blank file. I would say it
was like 20 pages worth in Braille that's an estimation. Yes I already
tried that stuff for the none folder. I also looked in the temp files
nothing.
