Hi Ann,

Do not place any punctuation in your WEP code when typing or brailling it. The letters used are A through F and any of these should be capitalized. Just type these capital letters and numbers together with no space.

If you are having further difficulties, delete the configuration out completely. Go to the wireless network menu and scan for network. This automatically creates a configuration for you and you can then fill in the rest of the information you need such as the name of the configuration, and wep ccode. Leave the rest as the BN has set up everything. Delete any and all configurations you might have set up both new and old if you have further problems. I had a configuration set up and I couldn't get it going no matter what. I completely deleted everything out and started over and everything worked fine!

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure my wireless network for the BN here, and I
keep typing in my WEP key, and it keeps saying invalid WEP format.
What format should this thing be in, please! I've tried caps and I've
tried periods between the pairs and so on, but nothing works. What
should the blessed thing look like, please. Immediate help needed,
trying with sighted help now. Help!!
