Hi Sherry:
At the KeyList menu, select "copy addresses. KeyList displays: Copy addresses
to a document or address list? To copy to a document, press D. Not will hear
the prompt for a folder and document name. Select an existing document, or
create a new one. When you have entered the destination document name, you are
prompted "template name?" This will determine the fields to be copied, and
their format. The offered ones are braille or text. Choose your template and
press Enter. You are at the prompt "selection list for 1disress notebook." If
you want to copy every record, press Enter. You can also just select the
addresses you want to copy, if they have something in common. For example, in
the "organization field," type a business name. When you have set up the
required search fields, start the lookup by pressing Enter. KeyList will give
you numbered records and ask, "copy all selected records?" If you want to do
this, press Y. You will be back at the KeyList menu. You can!
also choose from the selected addresses. If you press N, you will be given
the first matching record. If you press Enter, this record is added to the
document. You can use 5-6 plus cord to scan the list.
