Hi Stacey

If you have a keyword document, press space with s. You will get a message
that the document was not modified and then will be asked for the filename.
At that prompt press backspace with x and when you pres this last
combination for a few times, you will come to a prompt create a microsoft
word document. You can then just write the filename and press enter. I
hope I make myself clear, if not so, please ask again.

Subject: [Braillenote] Translating a key word document to regular text

Hi,
How do I set things up if I want to translate a keyword text document into
regular text and have it look right. I sent my husband an email a few days
ago. It had an attachment that I had had the voicenote translate from
keyword to text. He said that it came out in a long line. Any help is
greatly appreciated. Feel free to write me off list.
Stacey
