Subject: [Braillenote] Help!!

Hi, everyone,

Melinda and April, My Happy Husky here,

My name is Melinda, and I am having a serious problem, or at least I
think it is a serious, problem with my braille note 32.

My Braille Note was behaving strangingly tonight. What happened first
was that, somehow, I had turned the braille display off. My speech came
on, and while I was walking to my computer room, my unit froze up and
quit doing anything. I did a simple reset, only holding down the reset
button. Everything seemed to be going just fine. I got the usual reset
noises. And then,I got the version of keysoft, and the message about the
version of windows CE, I can't remember which order they came in, and
then I got the following error message:

"system files need updating, press reset while holding dots 4,5,6 down"

This is the first time I've ever seen this message before, and I've had
my Braille Note for over a year. So, what should I do? As I've said, I
don't know what this message means, and whether or not I should do this
kind of reset.

Please help!

Thanks in advance.

Your friends always,

Melinda and April, My Happy Husky
