Progress?  Well, I suppose if I had the upgrade I paid for last year I
would call it progress.  I just know with the luck I am having lately
that mine will arrive next week when I am not going to be home to
receive it.  

Frustrated since I paid out so much money to protect my units and assure
they have hardware as well as software maintenance agreements that I
have nothing to date, and I had so hoped to have it before this trip I
am taking.  

Oh, well, I suppose I will be having to track it through UPS I may,
knowing UPS get it by December.  

Frustrated customer who uses her braille note every day of the year.
