Hi All,

I am not Vicky <grin> but you can share files across a network and the pk can access them. You have to set up your network to allow file sharing.

On another note, I want to comment on the pk keyboard which has recently been discussed here. I was worried that I would not like the keyboard. Just the opposite has turned out to be true. I find the keyboard very comfortable. It is true that the placement of the keys takes a bit of getting use to but this only takes a few days of practice. The two big adjustments for me were getting accustomed to the spacebars being so far below the rest of the keys and the dot 1 and dot 4 keys being closer in toward the center and below the other keys. This does not, however, create an awkward angle for brailling at all. It works just fine. A big plus for this keyboard is that the keys are absolutely silent. I can sit in a meeting taking notes and make no noise at all.

I am sure that keyboard taste is very individualistic and each person needs to try it for him or herself. I would encourage everybody to give yourself the chance to adjust to it. What do you other pk users think about the keyboard?

Hi, Vicki, here is what you said re playing a "Main Menu" show on the PK:

I had downloaded the show onto my PC,
and then I used my wireless network to access that file that was on the PC
and play it on the PK.

Okay, question: When you downloaded the show onto your PC, I assume you
chose to save it on your PC rather than open it right then--is that right?
If so, how did you find the saved file? I have never done that. Thanks.
Beth
