Good morning everyone:
I was having the same problems with freezing up.  If you don't do anything, 
usually it will go through, even though it beeps.  I used to have an instructor 
that said "patience, patience." I used to keep checking it, because sometimes, 
even when it beeps, mine would show 0% complete.  I'd finally walk away, and it 
would load.  Weird, huh?
