Hello again,

You might change your .brl extention on your files to .brf. That might change things. If your braille display isn't working properly, you may need to send your unit into PDI or Humanware PDI for service. I don't clame to have the solution, just trying to think of the possibilities of why braille files aren't reading correctly. I had some Braille Lite files which didn't have extentions on them and my Braille Note couldn't find them or read them properly if they were found. When I changed the extention to .brf, they were readable.

hello all lest
any help pleas,

1- Any Braille file regardless of the program it was translated by,
can't be read on the braillenote mattered.
2- Once the Braille file is opened on this braillenote, it shows blank
line only .

additions

this problem happened, regardless the Braille files were copied from
the PC on flash disk or imported directly to the braillenote via active
sync.:

If the same file was copied from the mattered braillenote to another
braillenote device it is read smoothly.

The " information option/ file manager " on the braillenote mattered
shows that the Braille file is not zero size one.

So By now no file with' brl' extension on this braillenote is
readable..

Hoping the above information helps.
