The English Braille Grade indicator won't appear in the actual e-mail that your
recipient receives, so don't worry about it; when I've had to paste in an
entire e-mail message and the indicator's appeared, I have, at times, been able
to delete the entire message, and, upon re-pasting, the indicator has not
appeared. However, this may or may not work for a portion of the message, so
try copying the entire thing to the clipboard, deleting the whole message (I
don't mean abandoning the message, as in choosing not to send it, but simply
pressing [BACKSPACE with dots 4-5-6], [CONTROL with D] when your cursor is at
the TOP of the message, so as to delete the entire document, then type Y to
confirm), then re-paste. If the indicator's still there, there's really
nothing you can do, but I guarantee you that that won't appear in the copy of
your message that is received by someone.

As for your second question, if you delete an entire line of text, meaning you
block off all the text between two carriage returns, you'll see two after
you've deleted your text because you have deleted what's between these carriage
returns, so there are still two of them. You should be on one of the carriage
returns after the block has been deleted, so just hit BACKSPACE to delete the
one before it, or, if you're on the first of the two, move your cursor onto the
second one, and hit [BACKSPACE with dots 3-6], [DELETE key] to delete the
current character.

HTH,
Maria
