Further to Terri's embossing instructions, if you choose the print
option, in stead of the emboss option, it would have printed to a txt
file, so just make sure that you choose which ever one you need.

Hi, Rhonda, Eva and List,

To set up an embosser, press w for word processor and e for emboss.
Press s
to set up the embosser. Choose the page length and page width and the
other
options you want.

To emboss a document, press e at the "emboss or setup embosser" prompt.
If
the document is in grade II braille, it should emboss in grade II; if
it's
in Keyword text, it will automatically be translated into braille before
embossing.

What kind of embosser is being used? That may help solve embosser
problems.
