Hi Rhoda, Yah PDI did that to me a couple months ago. I thought it was pretty silly of the company. Oh well other blindness related companies do that too why it always perplexes me. My theory is if companies don't send info in Braille or offer it online or something they are just irresponsible. The way I have been having my mail read is I find someone trustworthy at the post office to read where my mail came from you know just the address on the envelopes and then if it is important I call the places where the mail came from making the companiq responsible for telling me why they sent me something and what it is. So far this plan has worked quite well. Saves on having a reader and buying a scanner. Now that PDI knows at least two of their customers have received info in print maybe they will actually do something to address the problem. Sorry for the sarcasism but it always just floors me when companies in the blindness field send out print info to people who read Braille. I know everyone who owns technology from PDI doesn't necessarily read Braille. I do wish more companies blindness companies incvded here would provide information in alternative formats. I always wish any company wouldn't just assume I have someone to read my mail to me like it is some crime to call up a company and ask them what they sent me and why. Sorry for the rant. Good luck deciphering the print info PDI sent you (smile). Lisa
