Sarah, if you've got an earlier version of keysoft on ROM, then I think
I'm right in saying that doing a hard reset will reinstall the rom
version. So for example on my machine, I have version four on rom, and
when I do a hard reset I get back to version 4 and then have to use the
downloaded file for 5 and 5.1 to upgrade. Don't forget to save data
before doing this though ....

Subject: [Braillenote] Uninstalling Keysoft 5.1

Hi Everybody,
I'm still trying to figure out the planner problem I'm having.
It's started to really annoy me now--and so I just wondered if anybody
could tell me how to uninstall Keysoft 5.1? I'm thinking if I go back
to 4.02 or 4.00, then, use that for a day or so and reinstall 5.1 it
might just work.

Any suggestions?

Sarah
