Hi, List! Mary Ellen, according to what Jonathan said when the announcement was made back in July, you are correct. Also, if you do not have an SMA, you can buy the upgrade for $399.95, and then purchase an SMA afterwards for the cost of the SMA. This way, you could stay on top of things after the operating system has been upgraded. HTH
