Hello Nadia,
I would uninstall KeySync, delete the pulse data directory and all
subdirectories under program files then download the KeySync setup program
from the SDW website, ensuring that the KeySoft 5.1 radio button is
selected.
If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me and I
will reply on Wednesday.
Goodness, I think my list of things to do on Wednesday is growing!
Regards,
Dean Jackson.

Hi there
Firstly I want to say thank you to all of you who help solving my problems
in the last few days. Now I have another problem. I upgrade to keysoft
5.1
built 22 and try to sinc my contacts with my desktop computer. I get a
message that I don't have the latest PC software and then go to the
download
section on the pulsedata homepage. There I found the correct files, but
when I try to install the file, I get a message telling me to select the
spesific file I want. In the list there are not one file. What can I do?
Thanks
Nadia
