Hi Tina,
I got the serial cable for my Motorola V60S phone from:

www.thesupplynet.com

If you don't paste this link in, but choose to type it in manually, don't
forget the "the".--Grin!
I also got a serial cable for my previous phone, a Samsung A310, but that
phone didn't work with my BrailleNote. I think it might have been either
made too early to have all the necessary technology, or too cheap. That's
not to say that a newer Samsung phone won't work with a BrailleNote, it very
well might.
Feel free to ask me for any more help with this, either on or off list.

HTH

Sarah

Subject: [Braillenote] getting cables custom made?

Hi. I just got homwh from sprint where i found out my current phone's on
its last legsou it's hardly finding service anymore so, i'm calling in the
morning about replacements and my question is, if i can get the phone i saw
tonight which does not come with a serial cable, could i have one made to
meet my needs. someone suggested supply net, which i'll check once i know
for sure, but thought there'd be enough computer people here who could tell
me if this is possible. Hopefully they can just replace it with what i
have, but i doubt it and I saw a cute little samsung today i wouldn't mind
having if i can contoue to enjoy the wireless or sort of
wireless access i have so enjoyed since i got my braille note.
