I think that deletes the whole feild though and since I mostly do this with 
e-mail, I'p looking for a way to just copy the whress for example, if I put you 
in the book and cut the e-mail from your message in to the e-mail field, it 
would not only copy your e-mail there but your name too and as your name would 
already be in the right place, I'd want to cut it out ofow e-mail field and 
just leave your e-mail there.  Am I making sense? And right now I would have to 
get rid of a name in that field character by character because I can't think of 
another way to do it since I just want
to delete something but not everything.
