no. that's right for business.  But if you are writing papers for class, or
taking English especially, writing personal letters or possibly writing a
manuscript for a novel, you would want to indent your paragraphs.  But in
business, block style is the standard for all business communication.

In standard word processing now-a-days, a skipped line is all that is 
necessary in paragraphing. I don't know what the convensions are for the 
Braille Code or if this individual happens to be in school where teachers 
and/or  professors may have a certain way they would like things to look but

when I went back to business school one of the first things they told me was

in a business situation in general word processing was that everything was 
flush with the left margin and only the skipped line indicated a new 
paragraph.
Now that might have changed but I am only writing wat was told to me.
