Hello David, How are you connecting the PK and the PC in order to establish an ActiveSync connection?
If you're connecting via USB, the connection should start immediately if the PK is switched on. The other thing to keep in mind is that the appropriate checkboxes need to be ticked in ActiveSync so that it is listening on the right ports. These checkboxes are in the file/connection settings dialogue. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
