Hi Jeff,

Am I to understand that your problem is in the receipt of your mail on
your BrailleNote due to a large message? If so, then there is no doubt
that your PC is the best way of dealing with the complete mail that is
clogging up your BrailleNote, since there is no way to make BrailleNote do
same, if you can't receive it there. You may set the limit on the
downloaded message from the KeyMail setup, Receive Options menu - the
number shown as the limit for automatic downloading of email is expressed
in kilobytes (the maximum value is 10000k or approx. 10 megabytes, way
more than you could ever want for normal email use) - and hence get
options from the BrailleNote before downloading of the large emails which
cause disconnections for you. If the mail is so large that you are just
disconnected for one reason or another, the mail should still be sitting
on the server for you to pick up with your PC. If your PC cannot be made
to pick up your mail, perhaps due to a slow dialup link, write to me
privately and I will guide you through the process of manually deleting
the offending message from the POP3 server without first downloading it,
with or without reading any initial part of it first. Alternatively, you
can use the BrailleNote to achieve the same, but make sure to have
automatic deletion of email from the service once received turned off if
this is not your intention (i.e. if you want that mail all on your PC and
not in your BrailleNote). In general, the BrailleNote is not the place
for large numbers of email, in my opinion.

Cheers,
Sabahattin
