Hi Matthew, I followed your directions and when I get to the downloads directory which is where I downloaded the product key, all that shows is keysoft en, if I use the space key. But if I use the advance key keysoft to , shows up twice because I downloded it twice, since I thought it hadn't worked the first time. Have I done something wrong? Should I erase the product key and wait to download it on my CF card when it comes. Thanks for your help. Allison
