Lisa, suspect you were having trouble with the process itself and not with the files. Somebody has already answered your questions RE the difference between copying and moving files. So, I' will assume you understand this part of things. Now, I have to ask you, and if I'm too simplistic, just let me know. If you didn't understand what you were doing, then I wonder if you misunderstood the difference between source and destination folders? The source folder is where the file is now. The destination folder is where you want to move the file. I just followed the prompts and moved my txt file just fine. It would be interesting to figure out just what you did.
