Subject: [Braillenote] Problem

Hi everyone,

I just got my BrailleNote QT back from repairs less than two days ago. Part
of the keyboard wasn't working, and that's fixed now, or at least was.

About an hour ago I was using the BrailleNote and it suddenly died. The
battery was still at something like 25% when this happened, so I figured it
was the battery and plugged it in, but that did nothing. It didn't even come
up with the "AC adapter on" message. I've tried the various kinds of resets
with no result, either. It makes its beep noise but that's it, it won't
actually start. I've left it plugged in for about half an hour but it's
still doing nothing (and yes, I've checked the power outlet and it does
work).

Is there anything else I can try? It couldn't possible die on me completely
after just being repaired! I've only had this unit for a year and a half and
it's already been in for repairs twice.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Very frustrated,

Jen
