Hi,

Not meaning to be on my high horse, but if you continue to depress the reset
button you won't get anything. It's when you release
that the action takes place. The confusion is that when you need to hold down,
lets say, dots 1-2-3, you hold them down till you
get output from either speech or Braille.

Sherri, hold down the reset button--it's near the back on the left hand
side of the unit--with your finger or a stylus or some such. Wait for it
to beep, then release. Then wait; presently the unit will start talking
or displaying Braille again. This is a simple reset.

It's difficult for me to look at the user manual to find out all this
stuff, because it is responding so slowly. Thanks for your help.
