Hi Jeff,

I fly frequently with my BN and I do not have any problems at all. I have my
BN and my laptop in a backpack. When I reach security, I take my laptop out of
my backpack and tell security that I have a BrailleNote in here which is like a
PDA for the blind. I then ask if they would like me to take it out or not.
Sometimes they say yes just to see what it is and once they see it they tell me
to put it back in my backpack and put it through security. Just be upfront
with them. I hope your next experience with security goes better!

That is awful! Security seems to not care about my BN. Maybe because they are
scared to ask or something? It's never been an issue for me. I explain that the
BN is like a laptop but they never ask. I just give out that info in case they
are curious.
