Stacey, Move to the "from" of the email, and press "FUNCTION" with L. Move
to the email address you wish to copy in the email headers, and press
"CONTROL with C. This will copy the field to the clipboard. Now, press
"FUNCTION" with 7 to switch to the address list. Look up the record of
which you wish to copy the email address. Once on any field in this record,
press "CONTROL" with K, so that you may modify the field for this record.
Until you reach the appropriate email address field, and press "CONTROL"
with V, to paste the field from the email header you copied previously in to
the ADDRESS LIST.
(Note: If there was a name with the email address in the header, this
was also copied from the header, and, therefore pasted, in to the address
list, so you will have to delete it.) Use the Home command, "FUNCTION" with
left arrow, to move to the beginning of the pasted text, andusethe "delete
current word" command, "control" with K as many times as necessary to delete
the name. Then, use the "delete current character" command "control with
comma", to delete the (less-than sign.) Then use theend command "function"
with right arrow, to move to the end ofthe field, and press "control" with
Comma to delete the (greater-than) sign. When only the email address
remains, press "control with ENTER" to save your changes. HTH
