Hi Jonathan and others:

As I've been saying on the list for a few weeks, I've been on an extended trip,
using my BN BT for my email. Not being a tchchie, in the sense of programming
and understanding the thing from that angle, here are a couple suddestions for
the future, if there isn't a practical rccson thy these can't happen.

This morning, in an attempt to make more room and clean out email, I was
happily going through what I call the system email folders and deleting things.
I have several personally created folders, where I keep things I want to save
or deal with later. Suddenly, I vaguely remembered reading in the manual about
if things are deleted from those system folders, they are deleted in the other
folders where I had moved them. Quickly, I checked the other folders, and sure
enough, the messages were gone. Fortunately, I hadn't emptied the trash yet.
On the PC, I use outlook. I can create--and have created about 40--my own
folders. If I move copies of messages into those personal folders, they are
moved out of the inbox or sent items. If I move a copy to a personal folder,
with the original still in the inbox or sent items, I can delete those things
from one folder, without having them deleted from anywhere else. Is this
possible to do someday with the BN?

Here's my second question or suggestion. Unless I'm going about it the wrong
way, it seems that the process to send a message is a little cumbersome. The
only time I see the option to send the message is when I'm checking for new
mail or exiting keymail. if I've written a message, in order to send I go into
check for new mail. After new mail is downloaded, then mail in the outbox is
sent. Is there a keystroke that I'm missing that will just send the message
right away when I'm ready?

In spite of those two things, I'm very impressed with how well this little gun
handles email. What a great product!

Sherry
