Hi Dean:

Thanks for this message. Yes, sometimes all PDI can offer is a general message
such as the pasted one; but also, sometimes all a user needs is a general
message just to remind her that a real human being is, in fact, reading and
monitoring the list.

Thanks again, Laura

>Hello Laura and list,

>This is an excellent email, which by the way, I have pasted below my

>at this time, we are capturing suggestions for the next SMA and these will
>be reviewed at a later date at which time, it will be determined what
>suggestions make it into that Keysoft release.

>Therefore, you and other list members should send any suggestions you may

>due to the traffic that this has the potential to generate.

>You can be sure that every suggestion that is technically possible to

>increase the power of KeySoft in terms of functionality is logged and
>captured in our database, even though BrailleNote users may not always see
>immediate results or messages might go unacknowledged for a period of time.
>Sometimes, it is all we can do to let people know in general messages such
>as this one, that we're still on the job as it were, as it is simply
>impossible to always give people any specifics on when their suggestions
>might be implemented, what form they may take or other appropriate
>information.

>If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate ton
