Jeff, I am also using the older version.  The Epson Printer, as well as the 
Desk Jet, or Hp are great.  They have the paralel ports on them, which is what 
you need.  I will read through the list, and see what it says.  Printers for 
the bn aren't discontinued.  I'll get back to you.
