You can get books from bookshare.org or national library services.

You need a flash card reader which hooks up to your computer and your
computer thinks it is another drive. You can buy the flash card readers at
any computer or most office stores.

Subject: [Braillenote] The website you pick up books off

Hi listers,

If you don't mind, I have a couple of questions for you. What is the
site you get books and books off and it is very user friendly? I remember
it is something like braillenet. Right? You know, one does not concentrate
on other messages than the ones he currently cares for. And do I find
cookbooks on that site?

Now I have a very beginners question. To be able to benefit from the
book reader that's on our braille note, we have to buy one of those flash
cards. Right? Now to use those cards downloading books on them, what kind
of computer do we need to have if we're not using the braille note for
internet? I know that in my PC I have no slot for those cards. How can I
exchange information between my braille note and my PC? Okay, small files I
can put them on a diskette if I have a disk drive. But the books and that
stuff, what do I do?
                                                    Thanks
                                                   God bless
                                                         Eva
