Carmen! Free up your data space, Press reset, and the nex time you're on all the subjects should be there. I always free up my data space after every email session. Just make it a point to free up data space after every time you empty the trash folder. That way you won't have to press that magic button too often. I'm a VN user, too. There are two ways to free data space. One way is to go to your email menu and space through until you find set-up options. Just space over until it says free data space. Then hit return. Your system will beep for a bit and tell you it's freeing data space. My goodness, look at how much it had to clean up! The other free up space is in your address option on the main menu; hope this helps.

However, During my next to last transmission, I stepped away >from my unit and I think that it may have given me a low battery message which >I didn't hear. Then last night before I started another transmission, I check >my power level which said 12%. So thinking that it was enough power, because >I usually don't get a low battery warning until I'm down to 8%, I went ahead. >About a minute into the download, the VN said "battery critical" and the unit >went dead before I could turn it off. I immediately disconnected and charged >the unit. When I tried downloading email this morning, to make sure >everything was alright, it worked just fine except that now each email has no >sender name and says "no subject." >My questions? How do I fix that, and, as far as the battery is concerned, >does this mean I should recalibrate my battery? Is it normal for the power >level to go down that quickly when transmitting email? >Thanks for your help. I'm still new at this. >Carmen >___ >To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to >[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit >http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
