Do you mean activating links from within e-mails? If so, this isn't directly possible, but there is a work-around. Put your cursor on the first character of the link, and insert a Top-of-Block marker. Move to the cell immediately after the last character of the link, and insert a Bottom-of-Block marker. In other words, surround the link with Block markers. Then, copy the block to the clipboard, and switch to KeyWeb. If you're not immediately presented with the Address Bar, press [ENTER with O], [CONTROL with O] to get to it, and press [BACKSPACE with V], [CONTROL with V] to paste in the link. This command works when the Block Commands Menu doesn't, and pastes the first line of the clipboard. It would be very rare that the first line would not encompass your entire link, but if it doesn't, you would have to return to the e-mail, figure out the part of the link that wasn't pasted in, return to KeyWeb, paste in the link, and manually type in the part that wasn't covered by the first line of the clipboard. However, it is rare that your link would be longer than the first line of the clipboard, which is what this command pastes. Once the link is inputted into the Address Bar in its entirety, press ENTER, and the link is activated. If you were asking if it was possible to switch to KeyWeb directly from KeyMail to enter in a Web address manually and go to it, that's also a Yes. Switch to KeyWeb with [ENTER with BACKSPACE with I], [FUNCTION with 0] to switch to KeyWeb, open the Address Bar as stated above if you are not immediately presented with it, type in the Web page, and hit ENTER.
