Hi Mary Ellen, I wanted to share with you that in August 2004 I sent my BN in for repair. The Braille display was not operating. When it came back Sept. 13 one of the dots on the Braille display was not working. Humanware was going to do the DHL thing have DHL pick it up but DHL in California didn't know aoything about Guam. So I took the BN to the post office myself and paid for the shipping. PDI did credit my account I think they did I need to check thanks for the reminder. I know that when my BN was sent in during August it was not loooked at for at least one whole business week which I find unacceptable. It does take three days to overnight things from Guam to the States. My BN was returned to me on Sept. 27. Humanware replaced an entire cell for free which was nice. You're right this stuff shouldn't occur and is beyond unacceptable. If someone who was sighted had this happen to them you know they would be upset. My sympathy goes out to you. Lisa
