I had two units to upgrade. They said one department takes care of sales, the other takes care of service. I think it will all come out in the wash in the long haul! I'll try to install 6.1 tomorrow if I can find the time to do so!

The battery in my BN lasted for three years.  One needs to send their unit
in for a new battery!  I got a call yesterday that they were sending my BN
out "tomorrow!  The BN arrived  with UPS today!  It seems to be working fine
as far as I can see!  Thanks PDI for such terrific service!  I now need to
follow a few distructions and put in 6.1 (grin smile)!
