While lots of people fear flying, remember, fewer people die in plane
crashes then in cars on the way to a frequent destination.

try to distract myself.  My guide dog doesn't like flying either, so

care of her helps to keep me from being nervous.  And if I can read or
listen to some music, I'll be even better.  that and  a nice glass of
red
wine.  Or two.  grin.
