I used to be frustrated but I gave up. If it comes in May it comes in May if it comes in July fine the. The last time people got frustrated with this it started a thread and people ended up on moderation because of it. Yes, PDI should have shipment tracking and stuff like that but they don't and I don't foresee it happening. So, whenever it comes it comes.

Hello Shelley,
Well, your guess is about as good as mine or anyone elses. I called
Humanware yesterday to ask if or when my update was shipped and they
refused to look to see if it is even out the door. The person I spoke to
just repeated a couple times that I should get my copy sometime in April
or maybe May. At the rate this process is moving, I begin to wonder if
June or July is out of the question!
If anyone from Pulse Data Humanware is listening, might I suggest that
when a customer takes the time to call about things like this, they might
at least consider checking their computer to see if product has been
shipped instead of more or less telling them to just sit on it and spin!
If your customer service people don't have direct access to the shipping
information, I would ask "Why not!"

Hi you all, I have a question. For those who have received their
Key soft 6 upgrade Compact flash, how long did you have to wait?
Mine was ordered at the end of January and it is almost the middle
of April and no word. Just wondering if this is normal, smile.
