Richard, what do you suggest when that cannot be done, I had some stuff I needed to fill out not to long ago and the company involved wouldn't really help and it was pretty personal financial info, i eventually just got a hard coppies and got help from a friend, but I don't like doing that. It isn't always easy to get stuff done very quickly.
