Kurzweil can open most files, and it'll scan the Mac file -- no need for manual
scanning.

Subject: [Braillenote] my book info

Okay,
Here is the updated info. I talked to the woman who talked to the publisher
and it turns out that this book can't be bought at a book store and you have
to have a licens to even get the book for your students. This woman has
experience w/ Mac computers and could even convert it because she's done it
before w/ other documents, but the company wouldn't even give her a CD. So
it looks like we're going to have to scan it by hand. Oh well, She couldn't
even find out what program it was created in.
