Hi Paula, the key with recallobration is to make sure the unit is
completely charged, and then continuously completely discharged without
going into hibernate mode or being switched off. if you can do that without
the options we provide, then groovy.

Just a quick question. Does it also work to simply run the BN until it
freezes and then plug it in, or do you have to use the "exercise the
Braille display or talking is driving me crazy" to discharge and
recalibrate the battery?
